For Caractères-design, a group of green designers, HAIKU DESIGN and AGETEC carried out the product study of a vineyard machine for mechanical weeding between vine stocks. This was for an agricultural equipment manufacture who wanted to diversify into the field of environmentally-friendly viticulture, and it related to the product's architectural, functional, ergonomic, aesthetic and brand identity aspects. The analysis, ideation, preliminary design and project phases were not continued further as the manufacturer wanted first to finalise the development of an initial working mechanical prototype.
